Howe Farms is a covenant community located in the Fox Hill area of Hampton. Bordered by Harris Creek Road and E. Little Back River Road, it is a neighborhood of well kept single family homes. Neighborhood amenities include playgrounds and tennis courts and the community association is active in its efforts to maintain the beauty of this solid community. Typical Howe Farms homes are ranches or two story homes with three to four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Subsections of larger, more upscale homes in Howe Farms include The Lakes, The Woods, and The Gardens.

Residents traveling to the Southside and the rest of the Peninsula can find several Interstate 64 access points within a 5 to 10 minute drive of home. Langley Air Force Base and NASA Langley Research center are also a very quick drive away.
